Ivy Print

This is the reason I started to paint nudes - I wanted to paint this painting. "Ivy" is an oil painting based on a series of nude photographs by Michael Bomberger. I chose to just show her beautiful face and leave everything else to imagination - so the only naked thing you see is her soul through her eyes. I paint to create beauty and enjoyment that will last a lifetime. I paint iconic people and topics that have had an impact on me or our society. This painting is oil on canvas. I often highlight my paintings with gold leaf and an ultra black acrylic paint. The painting is signed on the back and has my “e” symbol on the front.
