Sea Breeze: The Breath of God Photograph

I took this photo under a palm tree while I was traveling in Santa Monica, a beautiful coastal city. It was a warm day with a light breeze that made the leaves lightly move. I minimized the colors to black and tan to focus in on the feel of the breeze. The palms bring to mind the palms laid down and waved in triumph as Jesus entered Jerusalem and in black and white, the somber mood of the upcoming Good Friday, and the movement of the fronds, the breath of God. I hope viewers will feel the beauty of an ocean breeze on a warm day when you look at it.
