I studied at The Columbus College of Art & Design and Parsons of Paris. I've trained in a variety of media, but do most of my work in oils or gouche. I have participated in a number of shows and exhibits throughout the Midwest, selling to a number of private collectors. My work covers a wide range of subjects, but my newest series, "A Dog's Life" has been very successful at exhibitions, earning several awards. These paintings were originally inspired by the Coolidge paintings of dogs playing poker but have taken on a life of their own. The humorous use of dogs participating in "people" activities tells a story, but I also hope that casting dogs into these situations will provide a fun and fresh reflection of ourselves and being "human". This is an on-going series, so please check back to view future additions.
