"Kintsugi" is a mixed media artwork realised from december 2020 to january 2021. Kintsugi is a Japanese artistic method of repairing broken porcelain or ceramic. This is part of a philosophy that takes into account the past of the object, its history and therefore any accidents that it may have experienced. The breakage of ceramics no longer means its end or scrapping, but a renewal, the beginning of another cycle and a continuity of its use. It is therefore not a question of hiding the repairs but of putting them forward. We all go through difficult times in life. But whatever it may be, it will never take away your worth. Instead, let's use it to get stronger. I painted this piece as I was recovering myself from life traumas. I used watercolor for its apparent fragility and indian ink for its boldness. For the background I chose a luminous soft yellow in pastels. The golden acrylic paint comes underlining the shapes. Renewal, strength, hope, happiness and mildness are the message of this artwork. Technics : Watercolor, Indian Ink, Pastels, Golden Acrylic Paint. Support : Watercolor paper 300g/m2.

I capture emotions and travel experiences with my hands to release cheerful and lighthearted bubbles of creativity on your walls. What inspires me above all is the human being; the feminine figure has an important place among my works. From time to time, a few beasts and wild animals creep among the humans. I am widely inspired by pop culture, travel and the modern world. I am a mixed media drawing artist, I love using all sorts of technics and materials every now and then to convey each time more emotion and character. Ink, Graphite, charcoal, watercolor, pastels, colored pencils and acrylic are part of my arsenal.
