This image was inspired by Ansel Adams' iconic 1942 photograph of the same view, the Snake River Overlook in Wyoming's Grand Teton Range. The landscape of 1942 does not exist today, and thus required removing the overgrown vegetation and trees, in order to achieve the same view of 1942.
