Physical health is just as important as mental health as well as our spirituality. The majority of us try harder to get in shape, but we do not try to keep the balance, it takes a lot of sacrifices, but it is worth it. I think it’s time to act, right now is the right time. We always confirm that natural medicine is above all the best remedy when we are sick, or when we do not feel well, but we often forget that plants must be part of our daily consumption, and our meals and our hot tea. Can we pretend that it is prevention? No, let's just say that we eat healthily. The price to pay is never what the expected one.
