My name is Cyril, I'm a 92 year old retired Navy vet. I served in the U.S.A. Navy for over thirty years. At times I was able to display some of my work in the monthly Navy magazines . i always loved art as a child , but it took me over forty years to get into it. Raising a family of seven kids wasn't east and job opportunities for a black man in my era were hard to come by , but we made it. I found art to be my personal pleasure , my outlet you might say. In a world full of so much turmoil I feel like art is my relief, a way of taking me to my happy space. I do appreciate you reviewing my art work. I have kept them a t home for many years , I have been encourage to open my pieces up to the world . I'm having a great time doing so.
