ABOUT THE ARTWORK

In Iran's 19th century, I embark on a digital journey to unveil the intricate layers of Iranian people's lives and culture during the Qajar period. Drawing digital decoupage with a contemporary iconic vision, this collection serves as a reinterpretation of the historical tapestry, offering a nuanced and visually compelling exploration of 19th-century Iran. The Qajar era was a time of dynamic change, marked by a complex interplay of tradition, political shifts, and cultural evolution. "Iran 19th-Century" seeks to transcend the limitations of traditional historical representations, utilizing digital decoupage as a modern medium to seamlessly blend and layer visual elements. This technique allows for the creation of a vibrant mosaic that captures the multifaceted nature of Iranian society during this pivotal period.
