I am a graduate of the Faculty of Industrial Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. I work within the abstract art movement, exploring space, form, color, and movement. My journey with ceramic sculptures began in 2015, when I first encountered clay. Two main themes weave through my work and reappear across many of my collections. The first draws inspiration from nature and the world that surrounds me – it reflects pure biology and organic shapes. The second focuses on sensuality, emotions, and the human body. Currently, my sculptures take the form of abstract creations inspired by the human body and biological processes, though never in a literal way. The pieces from my “Body & Emotions” collection are studies of space, dynamics, and the process of transformation. I am fascinated by form as a carrier of change. In my works, I strive to capture emotions and movement – that fleeting moment, enclosed within the shape of clay. My works are created as collections, which I call “seasons.” Each season marks the end of a certain phase of exploration while opening up space for new inspirations, means of expression, and artistic experiments. Metamorphosis is the central theme of my work – present both in the transformation of raw clay into an artistic form and in the message of my pieces. This idea of transformation is also reflected in my paintings. I create abstract “emotional landscapes” that attempt to capture the fleeting nature of moments, the passage of time, and the dynamics of existence. For me, life is a constant struggle between chaos and order – the same struggle unfolds on my canvases, where stains and lines compete, yet simultaneously create a harmonious whole. In my paintings, lines serve a dual purpose: they introduce order and structure, while also acting as bridges that connect various elements. They symbolize the interdependence and interconnectedness of our world. My goal is for my works to be more than just objects. I see them as processes that speak of movement, change, and the tension between chaos and harmony. I want the viewer not only to see them but also to feel them – as a fragment of their own journey.
