ABOUT THE ARTWORK
What capture my inspiration it was all about the moment, how I felt at a time that it wasn’t other than a imprisoned and deteriorated of the events and my only way out of the labyrinth was through my art. A colorful painting with reach patterns and symbolism. A naked woman in a cage it represents any other person that feels trapped of the events, the yellow fish behind the cage represents our soul our spirit and when either one is free, we stopped from being in trapped and there is hope and life.

I was born in Larnaca in 1974 where I currently reside. In 1998 I attended Spalding University in Louisville Kentucky U.S.A. and graduated in 2001 earning the degree of BA in Fine Art and Art Teacher Secondary Education. The following year I attended the Western Kentucky University were I graduated in the year 2003 with the degree of Master in Art Education (MAE). I had five solo exhibitions in Cyprus and USA, and participated in numerous group exhibitions in Cyprus, USA, Japan, Egypt and Bulgaria. My artwork can be found in public and private collections and permanent exhibitions in Cyprus and abroad.
