ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This is a 9x12'' mixed media painting. It was inspired by Santa Fe's two major defining characteristics: it's warm weather and color palette. In order to create this piece I used a watercolor salt technique to create beautiful texture in both the background and cacti of the piece. I then painted a vibrant 1'' teal border to really add interest. Please note that the painting does not come framed or with hanging materials.
