About N. Sagan I am an artist from Moscow with French roots. I first picked up a brush when I was 4 years old, because everyone in my family was creative and encouraged my craving for creativity. Drawing and painting became an important part of my life, as I constantly wanted to get lost in a unique magical world that only I could create. At 23 i graduated from the Academy of Arts, painting department. I paint with oils, acrylics, and mix different techniques. For me, the canvas, cardboard, wall or object does not matter, as well as the materials used to paint the picture - the most important thing is the birth of a miracle. I work in the genre of expressionism, because it is important for me to evoke emotions through subjective perception of the world, through, REACTIONS and forms. Each person sees completely different ideas and messages in my paintings, based on their inner worldview and perception of reality. I deliberately use distortion, exaggeration, bright colors and accents on them, I also really like simplification of forms in order to evoke more emotions, because the main thing that an artist should create is emotion. " My work is an exploration of the depth of human feelings and experiences through colors, shapes and metaphors"
