ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Remembering my childhood, I paint my grand children playing water games in my swimming pool.I like to say that I do not paint little girls , but I paint the little girl I am no more , the little girl that learned and loved to swim in a public swimming pool . I am also convinced that our childhood summers are the most beautiful of our life , and my paintings try to leave something of those happy memories. Being a figurative painter,I prefer paint with oils on linen canvases from Belgium, which is the best quality in Europe.
