ABOUT THE ARTWORK

Shankh Nad is composed of two words, Sankh means shell and nad means divine sound. Here in this painting, a man is blowing the shell to generate the sound in the presence of a supreme god Shiva. It resembles the divine power within us, which is supreme and needs to be awakened to understand the truth of life and death.
