ABOUT THE ARTWORK
"Starry Night" is a famous artwork created by the Dutch post-impressionist artist Vincent van Gogh in 1889. The painting depicts a peaceful night scene in the village of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence in the south of France, where the artist spent time in a mental asylum. The painting features a small village with houses and a church, surrounded by a hilly landscape, all bathed in a deep blue hue. The sky is filled with swirling stars, creating a sense of movement and energy. The cypress trees in the foreground also add to the sense of movement, as they seem to sway in the wind. I tried to recreate the same artwork using the same colors and brush strokes which is basic creativity of this master piece, "Stary Night". It made me so happy to have the opportunity to paint the same piece of art again in my own way.
