The Renaissance was an era that showcased individuals who were interested in exploring their inner world, as well as the world that surrounded them. During this period, Renaissance artists, thinkers, and scientists sought to find beauty and divine geometry in everything they encountered. While modern society may believe that beauty must be found in something new or extraordinary, this picture demonstrates that even the most ordinary household items can hold beauty and simplicity that is pleasing to the heart and eye. We can find beauty in these everyday objects and create a pleasant composition from them, as the Renaissance artists did when they looked for divine beauty within themselves. The Renaissance artists believed that man was the crown of creation and sought to create household items that reflected this idea. They were looking for that divine beauty and felt that when they found it within themselves, they could create items that were the crowns of their creation. A candle is an object that illuminates a space and represents the presence of spirit, faith, and hope. It highlights the beauty of any object and shows us the beauty in any phenomenon, whether it is a simple dill or a portrait of Raphael. This is the state of human nature that we often forget, but this picture seeks to reveal it once again in us. It encourages us to find beauty and pleasure in the ordinary, and to find beauty in what seems far away from us. Although the Renaissance occurred in the 15th century, it brought a huge discovery to the world of art that continues to inspire individuals in the 21st century. By looking into the past, we can find connections to our present and gain a deeper appreciation for the beauty that surrounds us. My name is Yulia Tarasenko, I will tell you about myself. I am an art expert, artist, founder and teacher of the School of Art Experts, Member of the Association of Art Critics, Appraisers and Restorers. I'll tell you the story of how a lawyer became an artist. Yes, before I ended up in the field of art, I realized myself in a completely different field - legal. I worked in the state bodies of the court, the prosecutor's office, justice, then I taught law at the university. And everything was clear to me until I asked myself: “Julia, how much does your realization correspond to your inner nature, your desires and dreams?” I didn't have to go far for the answer, it was on the surface. I clearly realized that jurisprudence is not mine! This is not a profession that I want to go on with. And this is not the case in which I feel free, fulfilled and joyful. And what should I do about it? New questions came up. Who am I? What am I for? What can and can I do? What is my nature? What can I do with it? How can I be helpful? Why was I called? With this, I “drilled the sky” so powerfully, after which they sent me a meeting that changed me and my professional life. I am writing a book about this, if you are interested in the details, write and share? Very soon, I began to move from jurisprudence to the field of art. The contrast was crazy, as if life was divided into “before” and “after”. These changes brought me out of a conflict atmosphere into a constructive, creative one, everything seemed to blossom inside. It happened when I was 31 years old, at the same time I took a brush in my hands for the first time. This cardinal transition helped to understand that it is never too late to start something new, especially when this new thing is not imposed from outside, but grows from the depths of the heart. I immediately began to receive the first profit - incredible joy, lightness, inspiration and the response of my environment. After 2 years, my personal exhibition took place, where I presented 43 works. And soon, requests began to come in from those who wanted me to teach them this too. After another 2 years, more than 700 paintings written by my students came out of my workshop, and today there are already more than 4000 works. Painting began to multiply not only in my city, but also outside the country. Then I began to ask questions about what the world of art contains, how to distinguish styles, what is the genius of this or that artist.
