ABOUT THE ARTWORK
When I was a child my mother would buy us bacon to eat. I remember there was very occasionally a version with a green sheen, which I didn't like. Looking back I assume it was unsmoked bacon and I preferred the smoked version. Some things stay in your mind, taste and smells are a powerful source of memories.

I was a painter to begin. I started doing computer art in the late 70s, programmed at first but then evolving into a couple of strands of practice. Today the painting and the computer work interact sometimes, because of digital media I also retrieve and revisit old work when it merits it.
