ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This is an original handmade acrylic painting. The golden rule of thirds is used to create this charming composition. The bright yellow highlights on the two focal trees are made with palette knife and bring out the trees in sharp focus. The distant hills and trees, as well as the grasses in the foreground are blurred and further aid in shifting focus to the two trees.

A sabbatical taken from work lead to an opportunity to turn this lifelong friend into a full-time occupation. It was however the lockdown in 2020 that saw her churn out painting after painting. Mugdha believes Art is Divine and has experienced its soothing and calming effects akin to meditation.
