This painting depicts a tranquil seascape under a vast, cloudy sky, merging with the horizon. In this piece, Nature’s power, both awe-inspiring and intimidating, served as my main inspiration. I deliberately used tones that create a sense of calm yet fleeting beauty, reminding us of the transient nature of life. I wanted to capture the fleeting moments of reflection that we often overlook in our busy lives. However, I believe art is in the eye of the beholder. So, my idea is to let art be open to various interpretations and allow the viewer to find their own meaning, value and self in the artwork.
