The changes caused by the pandemic have prompted the artist to focus on portraying the crowd in painting. "A large number of people gathering for a common holiday is a forbidden fruit in this reality. Ability to touch without fear of infection. The crowd - a symbol of the leaving world, a positive force. In the works you can find several Madonna with baby, children, love couples. All together and individually moving to their own sunny shore. But at the same time, the crowd embodies not only enjoyable games. ” Liepaja Art Museum.

I am influenced by the ancient Dogon culture in Africa and the spirit of Latvian Suiti, I am inspired by the image of a black woman in the contemporary art. I write my big world stories with lines, colors and collages from personal clothes. My own story about the little white woman the bearer of the Eastern European genetic code. She knows what the KGB interrogation was and what the diamonds are, she has no pragmatism. She can clean the potatoes and dream of love at the same time. The question is – what the world is now? Everything is changing. Traditions are collapsing and the big role of a woman – to be a mother, wife- is losing its relevance. There are already so many people on this planet. My heroines, like birds – Phoenix – shrink to ashes, unfulfilled sexuality to be reborn in a new image, in new Goddesses.
