The creation of this work was inspired by the films of the French new wave, especially Godard. Modern mass culture also served as one of the sources of inspiration. Power and the little person, individualism and society, violence and justice, helpless and indifferent observation or complicity - these are the main themes of this multi-layered, polyphonic, conceptual work.

In 2012 he graduated from the Lviv Academy of Arts. Engaged in painting. Reviews Lic. Emilio J. Narciso Venezuela, Latin America Mar 25th 2016 The existential uncertainty is one of the issues that Ivan Vynarchyk approaches systematically in his paintings. His figures represent stark bodies, deprived of identity and without masks - the last one understood from a Greek sense as the things which characterized and distinguished one character from another in the theater - eliminating in this way the product of the appearances that surround and condition the reality of every individual: the personality. Through the oil medium, Vynarchyk insists on capturing the essence of the instability of being; not only in contemporary society but also in its transformation throughout time as the one who is responsible and at the same time the victim of the maneuvers of its civilization. In this order of ideas, his work is a starting point to think about the dynamics of this society - his and ours - caught up in a countless number of inexistent ways out, similar to the illusions that, when achieved, dissipate before the highest requirements of the consciousness. The result of this existential process occurs in the frustration, the extension of disquiet, the doubt, or, as it happens in most cases, the acceptation of the appearances from the context as an impenetrable reality that sooner or later will attenuate the distress. The work by Ivan Vynarchyk takes us to focus our attention to accept life as a product conditioned by political, economic and social systems in the development of humanity. Regardless of ideological tendencies, this tends to block the relentless search for spiritual freedom and directs our interest towards the immediate concerns and requirements, that when we look back rationally we have become nothing but efficient instruments of control. As a recent graduate from the Lviv National Academy of Arts, he has an intrinsic and deeply sensitive feeling of art that corresponds to his temperament and existence. He has been noticed since his first exhibitions, where he formulated his understanding of spiritual and moral conflicts of modern life in quite sharp images. Ivan Vynarchyk’s imaginary world is completely complicated. He models symbolic situations with dramatic content.
