JUAN PITA (Madrid, Spain, 1947), painter and architect with a long professional record in both fields. As a painter with experience in more than 30 individual exhibitions, 60 group exhibitions, art fairs and international events. My art includes oil and acrylic paintings, mixed techniques, charcoal drawing, pastel, ink and pencil. A while ago, I focused on etching, aquatint, and serigraphy printed series for an extended period. In recent years, I have incorporated digital language into my painting, introducing (“collaging”) computer-generated images to mixed techniques.
