ABOUT THE ARTWORK

Through my mostly informal and abstract material art inspired by natural elements I try to remind the viewer of the close bond of existence between himself and nature. Through the colors and the harmony of the shapes I want to point out how nature itself is the greatest artist, while the choice to create material and three-dimensional works that change appearance depending on the point of view of observation is to evoke the awareness that there is it is always a link between work and spectator. If nature is the greatest of artists, we are the spectators who observe his work from about 8 billion different points of view, being part of the work itself. This three-dimensional sculpture, made with epoxy resin, decorative stones and wood, takes inspiration from the sea pearls created by oysters, trying to remember the beauty that nature creates. For tax reasons, I only sell to private individuals and not to companies.

Hi! I am an artist based in Italy, I studied art in Rome and Madrid and my works have been exhibited nationally and internationally. The fascination for the ability to create an emotion through matter and ingenuity is the reason that prompted me to dedicate my life to work and the study of art. Through my mostly informal and abstract material art inspired by natural elements I try to remind the viewer of the connection between himself and nature. Through the colors and the harmony of the shapes I want to point out how much nature itself is the greatest artist, while the choice to create material and three-dimensional works that change according to the point of observation is to evoke the awareness that there is always a link between work and spectator, as well as between man and the planet. If nature is the greatest of artists, we are the spectators who observe her work from about eight billion different points of view, being part of the work itself. My three-dimensional works change shapes, colors and shadows depending on the point of view of the eye looking at them. To highlight the concept that just as a work can change its appearance based on the way we observe it, nature can change its appearance based on our behavior. This close bond of existence is what inspired not only my art but also my logo, where we find an eye that represents the viewer and inside it a reptile which, in addition to representing nature, given its symbology, indicates the spirituality of the bond between man and the energies of the depths of the earth, a bond that evolves, adapts and regenerates. Works of art worked entirely by hand starting from raw materials, unique pieces that cannot be reproduced in series, the fruit of artistic ingenuity. In continuous experimentation I use various materials including epoxy resin, plaster and paper.
