About The Artwork

One of the most famous stories of confrontation - Amazonomachy: Battle of the Greek heroes (Bellerophon, Heracles, Theseus, Achilles, etc.) And the Amazons. Amazonomachy became a symbol of confrontation between male and female. A series of 12-and low, almost graphically reliefs in square skirtings, united in a composite composition. Every single relief acts completely independent product, harmonious in composition, ranked rhythmic, semantic. The basis of their expression - a delicate balance of form and emptiness, work lines and spots, the dynamics of the diagonal axes, sharpening, neighbors round, bold edge, fragmentation, creates a feeling of the event flow.
