Vladimir Merkoulov He was born on August, 1 in 1962 in Kursk in Russia. In 1990 he got acquainted with the artist L.M. Ryabov and got fascinated with painting. In 1994( Academy of Fine Arts Maxim Konchalovsky ) he entered the faculty of painting at the Institute of Art Creativity where he was taught in the workshops of the famous Russian artist A.A. Vorobjov and A.A. Volkov. In 1997 he became a member of the International Federation of Artists and the National Artists Union of Russia. In 2006 he was accepted at the Professional Artists Union where he was given the category 4 B (professional artist). His pictures are in museums and private collections in Russia and abroad (in Serbia, Germany, Portugal, the Ukraine and other countries).
