Born in London I have been a professional photographer since 1986. Completely self-taught, I began shooting local stories and quickly rose to shooting global news, fashion, sport and features for the national newspapers. In the mid-90s I turned to portraiture for magazines, where I photographed hundreds of celebrities and was often requested by rock stars, royalty and Hollywood actors. This period culminated in my work being exhibited in galleries including The National Portrait Gallery in London where 5 of which are still part of the collection. I have been published in many titles across Europe including: Condé Naste Publications, NME, Tattler, GQ and The Times as well as shooting a number of celebrity book covers and have given a number of recent interviews to publications including NPhoto, Ibiza Style and Turning Pro magazine and has appeared on Channel 4 TV giving his expert view on photography. For the last 10 years I've lived in Lymington with my wife Tricia and have turned my love of the still image towards photographing a diverse number of subjects.
