His main photographic subject is landscapes. Rather than showing the landscape as it is, he is more interested in the underlying beauty and poetry of the ordinary. Wilco Dragt looks for a personal interpretation of forms, shapes and emotions. Like a painter he tries to create an abstraction of the landscape seducing him.
