Arista is an ongoing fine art series in which the subject of a picture, usually discernible, is analyzed, then dissected into geometric forms, and finally reassembled in an abstracted form. The significance of the connected geometric planes and facets comes as a result of an instinctive process of image deconstruction, where the final artwork is revealed as an expressive effect while preserving the eloquence of the subject. This faceted treatment of space and multiple viewpoints transmits a physical and psychological sense of the fluidity of consciousness according to which life is subjectively experienced as a continuum, with the past flowing into the present and the present merging into the future. Limited edition of 10, personally signed and certified.
