She was born and raised in Iran before moving to the United States. Currently residing in Raleigh, North Carolina, she has had a passion for painting since childhood. Throughout her artistic journey, she has explored various mediums including oil and acrylic on canvas, as well as color pencil on paper. She is particularly drawn to the miniature tradition. Her works are a fusion of realism, abstract art, and Impressionism. Each piece showcases vibrant colors achieved through broad brushstrokes and palette knife techniques, as well as large contrasting color spots. What she enjoys most about painting is capturing energy, spontaneity, emotion, and impression. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and has experience teaching art to people of all ages. She has exhibited her work at prestigious institutions such as Colombia University, the UN, and Saint John University.
