Willow Painting

Was born in Moscow in 1986.Now based in Fethiye, Turkey. Evolving as a self-made artist, I’ve studied art history, psychology and art therapy. Currently, I’m fascinated by the mutual influence and interactions between the City and the Nature. In my art works I’m closely observing how these interactions display themselves on the walls - through rain soaks, cracked paints, multiple layers of graffiti, bright-colored tubes contrasting the faceless grounds, the blemishes and disintegrations which together form the unique patterns. I like to examine how ordinary house walls turn into canvas, where Nature creates her own paintings with winds, rain dots, greenery, mosses and trees. I’m impressed by this Force, Creativity and Might that makes the Life to break through the dead bricks, cemented walls and asphalted grounds. I see how the Life manifests itself through these damages and imperfections, and I read this manifest as a message of the Beauty and Truth of our existence.
