Born in Ukraine, Olga embarked on her artistic journey twelve years ago after a successful career in journalism. Her path in art began with drawing courses in Lviv and workshops with renowned Ukrainian artists. Currently, Olga continues her artistic education by taking private lessons from Professor Marian Waldemar Kuchma at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław, Poland. He has also become the curator of her latest large-scale multimedia project on orphanhood and child protection, which she plans to present in 2025 in both Ukraine and Poland. The artist has created over 200 works of art, with her paintings becoming part of private collections in the USA, Canada, Singapore, New Zealand, and numerous European countries. Olga’s artistic vision is deeply rooted in emotional depth and symbolic narrative. She masterfully blends traditional and contemporary techniques, creating vibrant compositions that explore the complexity of human experience. Her paintings captivate viewers with intricate details, bold color choices, and a profound sense of intellectual reflection. Beyond painting, Olga actively engages in participatory art as a means of fostering collective experiences. In 2019, she brought together over 170 people in the performance project "Feel the Power of the Family Lineage," a deep exploration of the impact of ancestral connections on human identity. In 2023, Olga's book "Friday Will Come Anyway. And Then – Sunday" was published in Ukraine. This nonfiction work delves into her and her family's experience with adoption, as well as the conflict between motherhood and creative self-realization. Currently, Olga resides in Poland with her husband and three children, continuing to expand her artistic practice while striving to merge high-quality artistic expression with socially impactful narratives.
