Niloofar Mahafel was born in 1998 in Iran. She has been interested in painting since she was a young child. She painted a lot and worked on all the techniques, including crayons, gouache, oil paints, pastels, watercolors and mixed media. At the age of 9 she held a solo exhibition. She followed many classes to improve her technique and creativity, and never stopped experimenting with materials. At the age of 22, she participated in a group exhibition at Milad Tower in Tehran with one of her paintings. She has always worked hard on her painting and the past years as a student audiology at a university for medical sciences. She describes herself as a strong woman, like many women around her who are an example and inspiration to her. Most of her paintings are inspired by this theme, being a girl and growing to a strong woman. Her aim is to show the different states of a woman through her paintings.
