I started drawing long before I learned to write. For years I had attended art classes for kids until at the age of 12 I got into Children's Art school. Even though I graduated with honors I felt tired and burned out. Art school gave me grate knowledge of Academic drawing and painting but I lost the inspiration and the will to create. It took me almost 11 years to find the courage to paint again. Nowadays I can't imagine my life without art. It gives me purpose, keeps me calm and focused. Ever since I was a child I drawn to still life so inspired by the Old Dutch masters I tried to create something similar but I my own way. When in 2017 I discovered Botanical art community it became a turning point for me - I decided to combine my love to still life and exadurated details. In 2021 became a member of the Society of Artists of Botanical Arts My paintings are full of life and color. Bright, juicy colors, deep shadows and careful attention to detail - these are the words that might come to you. I try to cherish imperfections and make my subjects as real as possible while showing the beauty within.
