" SOL " - The Sound of music series Painting

Everyone has a language to express oneself. For me, it was art - Painting. I have always been very passionate about art since my early childhood days. I used to wonder as kid how could I capture something as simple as a “give an example here “ on an ordinary piece of paper and make it look ‘more’. I seeked guidance from local artists & I also took Different Art programs at local college in DALLAS to hone my skills and keep learning. As I lean more towards Contemporary Style of work, I have always tried to make other styles as well. During the past years I have participated in many group shows and few SOLO shows locally in DALLAS as well as INTERNATIONALLY in SPAIN & GERMANY. My inspiration-are the subtle things in everything I see around me especially in nature. Being a spiritual person & Yoga practionner the Art that I make, I believe reflects calmness and peacefulness. Art for me, is a visceral communication with the viewer. I believe that my artistic expression is complemented by the viewer’s freedom of interpretation. The aim of my artwork is to give the viewer a direct visual freedom to form their own personal connection with the image whether it reminds them of somewhere they have seen or invoke an emotion or a memory.
