I was born in Italy in 1946 near Venice and I lived, studied and worked in London for 44 year. I have recently moved back to Italy in the region of Lombardia not far from Milano. I have always been keen on making art since I was a child of five. During my early studies at the school of art I came across a book called “The Divine Proportion” ( A study in Mathematical Beauty) by H.E.Huntley and I was so overwhelmed by it that I decided that my future art work would be constructed on these ideas of Divine Proportion whenever possible. I also decided that I would be using only the three primary colours : Yellow, Cyan and Magenta, and not the already mixed coloured plus of course White and Black whenever necessary to change the tonality of the colours.
