ABOUT THE ARTWORK

Dylan Thomas (1914 –1953) : Do not go gentle into that good night His poetry gives me a spirit of challenge whenever I am having a hard time. Even when inspiration strikes, there are many times when the painting becomes a mess and I fall into an abyss. Each time, I hold on to my heart and concentrate on working harder, and this process is accompanied by the poetry of those who shouted to the citizens like generals ahead of their time. Music and Matisse, the painter I most admire, are also present. I barely got over this painting as this poem was also quoted in the movie 'Interstellar'. Therefore, this painting is purely a story about myself. The relationship between love and everything that will disappear is like a storm. I'm afraid of everything, but even if I have to face it over and over again, there's no way out. I think. The reason I embrace poetry like this is because I should be thankful that I am not the only one who feels this way. In this context, I want to pass the baton to those who view my paintings.

Through contemplation of the boundaries between objects and space, there is a deep connection to the material and tactile sensations on the surface of the canvas in the context of Impressionism and Abstract Expressionism. These formal methods are existential and based on the philosophy of science.
