Hello! My name is Mariia Ignatkina. One of my favourite directions in the pictorial art is a seascape. I like a realistic style in the arts, but also I often introduce some part of romanticism and a nature’s beauty admiration into my paintings. I was born in Moscow on the 23rd of July 1976. I’ve graduated from the humanities institute, but later I decided to change my activity area and to set about the painting. I visited lessons of private teachers, spent a lot of time at a drawing easel, insistently sharpening my skills. I am a participant and a winner of Russian and international exhibitions. My works decorate private collections all around the world (Russia, Italy, China, France, USA, Montenegro). I am a member of the International Artistic Fund and the Professional Union of Artists. In my free time I like to go sport swimming and horse riding. I’ll be very glad if you’ll find my paintings nice, and maybe they’ll become a part of your life.
