Misanthropy Painting

Mladen Yordanov is a young Bulgarian artist who lives and works in Sofia, Bulgaria. Through his personal searches he has developed an aesthetic view, applying it in the field of art, allowing him to create worlds, to experiment with them and to reshape them in his own individual way. The main styles on which his art focuses are abstraction and experimental-avant-garde art. As an expression of his search and experiments, he uses media such as collage art, digital painting, photography, prints and mixed techniques. „Through experimentation the artist rediscovers worlds that he complements and develops with modern techniques that allow him to put his own touches from his personal feelings.“ I want people, looking at my works, to explore themselves, to lead them on an adventure towards themselves. In my works you can find specifics, against the background of a seemingly dominant abstract composition, and also an indefinite sensuality that will evolve into an idea touched by your gaze and perception.
