Nathan Downing (Arizona, United States, 1981, self-educated). In 2010, when his life was going through many changes, an urge deep within led him to pick up a pencil. The sense of familiarity was something not felt since his childhood. With a personality that leans towards that of a perfectionist, this is expressed in his work with realistic impressions of the desired subject. His art is unique in many aspects and follows a logical approach. With an eye for detail and technical skills, he paints a variety of subjects. What starts as a simple image develops into a sophisticated composition in which each detail has a meaning.
