I am currently painting in a small apartment that I rent in the city of Chișinău, Moldova where I was born and raised. I paint on stretched canvases primed with gelatin with small brushes and mainly Sonet oil colors. I work in thin layers starting loose and enhancing the most interested shapes in a way that the painting shows itself. I prefer meditating and expressing on taboo topics such as sex, religion, mental health, addiction etc. I see visual art as a language that expresses the greatest ideas in a subtle and unique way . It is a language on its own touching philosophical themes and stirring the mind of the consumer by creating a bridge between the unconscious and conscious mind and revealing the deepest secrets.
