My oil painting began with a gift of oil paints and canvas from my husband, a disabled Vietnam veteran. My home is located in the beautiful foothills of the Sonoran desert. I love to paint, and traveling inspires my creative spirit. My paintings are available for purchase through art galleries and venues in Scottsdale, Arizona, and through the internet. I paint regularly, offering clients a diverse and ever-changing artistic collection. My paintings have been chosen for exhibition in juried art shows; sold locally through art venues and worldwide through the internet. My artwork captured the Merit Award and was selected by Jury from Camelback Gallery's International Online Painting Competition. I have received a Finalist Award in the International Juried Painting & Photography Competition sponsored by the Camelback Gallery in Scottsdale, Arizona. I am a featured artist at the Camelback Gallery in Scottsdale, Arizona. My artwork has, also, been published in the online magazine , licensed and featured in many Etsy treasuries. I am a member of the Sedona Arts League; Sonoran Arts League in Arizona and Rehoboth Art League in Delaware. Most recently, my paintings are exhibited at the Holland Gallery of Fine Art, Scottsdale; Desert Foothills Gallery, Cave Creek; Sonoran Arts League Center for the Arts, Cave Creek, Arizona.
