Greenery study on paper Painting

I currently reside in the UK, New Forest, to be precise. Following an eclectic childhood spent between different locations, and obsessively drawing since age three, I studied Arts, moved to the UK and proceeded to go on a years long hiatus of creativity. During this time, I have come to find and know myself like never before. This new found understanding of Art and what it means to me, finally inspired me to, again, pick up brush and pencil earlier this year. Just like the music I listen to, what I create varies completely depending on my mood. It is inspired by a multicultural upbringing, by experiencing multiple facets of society, and by a variety of interests. I also love experimenting with different styles and mediums. Artists I admire range from Paula Rego, Dali, Mucha and Klimt, to Picasso, whom I particularly admire for his ability to reinvent himself and embrace change. I am inspired by styles ranging from Manga to Impressionism. For years I felt like a piece of me was missing. Then, out of the blue, I had an epiphany of sorts, and suddenly felt an overwhelming urge to create Art once again. Please feel free to join me on this fantastic voyage!
