My painting is about memories of experiences:
The interpretation of several glances to an experience shows a longer period: the moment, here:
The idea for an own image idea came during a television broadcast in the spring of 2015: Forensic pathologists report from there work. While a camera setting, the physician was in the foreground, as the focal plane was postponed away from him into the background. The view now fell on the feet and calves of a person lying on a dissecting table. More could not be seen from this people. But the toenails were painted red. Feet, red-painted toenails, a youthful, firm skin... . There was obviously a young woman: Reason and motivation for contemplation of death, of dying and of life. However, not in the view of Klimt or Böcklin. Instead, I'm interested in people who deal objectively and soberly issue to death and to die. Most people turn away from these topics as long as possible. However, forensic scientists examine this issue closely. I immediately thought of the Forensic pathologists Prof. Dr. Püschel. Thankfully, he gave me the opportunity to have to imagine my image idea. He agreed, I could inform me and it was allowed to take photos, with which the idea of implementation should succeed to the painting.

Joyous moments: Conflicts in and around us. But time and again we experience moments that remain beautiful and colorful in our memories. Memories of such predominantly beautiful experiences are the subject of my paintings. To emphasize the experienced and remembered period of time, I depict these memories with several glances. Together they interpret a period of time, the joyful moment.
