I was born in September 1967 in town of Mezhdurechensk, Kemerowo region. His father was repressed from Azerbayjan for the reasons of natinal identity, the mother Nina Reihard, of German origin, was repressed on the same count. Took to painting from the very childhood. Love for painting was fostered by my aunt. The first personal exposition I mounted a t the children`s Art School. From 1982 to 1986 studied at the Department of Painting of Yerevan Art College after Terlemezyan. Afterwards from 1987 to 1993 I continued my study at Yerevan Theatrical and Art Institute (Professor E. Isabekyan`s class)which graduated with credit. Up 1986 taught drawing at a school. Between 1993-2005 taught fine arts at the above theatrical and art institute followed by the academic activity at the University after Mashtots. In 1993 opened a one-man exhibition at the Chamber Music House. In 1995 my personal exhibition was organized in Beirut (Lebanon). During subsequent two years I happened to be exhibited also in Moscow and Brussels. In 2007 at the Tehran-based Armenian Cultural Centre “Ararat" another one-man exhibition of mine took place. Since 1993 I am the member of the Young Artists` Union of Armenia. I like to work with the painter`s case during my trips to lake Sevan, while wandering in the mountains which replenish me with subjects for new works.
