I am a creative, hard working, and inspired designer looking to further my experience within graphic design, the professional world, and life. I am highly proficient in adobe suites, fine art, photography, typography, and illustration. I work to expand my knowledge within art and design to grow as both a designer and person, while currently immersing myself within custom programs for big name brands, particularly in athletic and retail stores. Currently, I am the graphic designer responsible for the 2-D production aspect for the permanent in-store installations at The Carlson Group. In addition to this, I am the core design means for the branding and visual communication of the company. Within this position I also work with social media and marketing (print and web) to express both company initiatives and partnering efforts of retail brands. I also work as a freelance designer for stationary and wedding invites, company branding, and start-up company communication and marketing efforts. As I am always looking to further my realm of expertise, I enthusiastically take on new and exciting ventures within all aspects of art, design, and communication. Personally, I enjoy typography and print mediums, especially when I can implement my love for drawing, painting, illustration, and fashion. I also dabble in cooking, baking, running, and party planning. I consider the best thing in life to be a good laugh and believe in dedication, tradition, healthy-happy living, innovation, and adventure. I uniquely approach projects and life, and integrate design, art, communication, and research in order to best create and succeed both personally and professionally.
