My name is Strauss Anastasia, I am a Ukrainian artist and now live in Vienna. I graduated from the Academy of Design and Arts in the city of Kharkov, Ukraine, taking a course in Design. For more than 14 years I have worked on creating beautiful interiors for my clients and decorating with paintings has always been the main part of my work on the project. At the moment I paint, participate in painting exhibitions and conduct painting classes for adults and children. In 2022, I created a series of abstract works “Feelings”, where I lived my feelings on paper for a year of Russia’s attack on Ukraine. The series included 25 works, some of which participated in the exhibitions “Insight of U” and “L’ESSENZZA DELLA BELLZZA” in Vienna. At the moment I am working on a series of works that are dedicated to women. I want to express the plasticity and beauty of the female body on canvas.
