Daily routine Painting

Anita Bakos was born in 1980 in Senta. She got her university degree in painting at the University of Art in Novi Sad in 2007. She is doing her master studies at the same university. At the moment she is working as an art teacher in the elementary school in Mol and in the grammar school “Bolyai” for talented children in Senta. ‘‘The simple everyday happenings in my surrounding, flashes of the moment inspire me. As time vanishes I call out space: like grey infinity or blue depth. I put my heroes, who are mainly children, into an intimate substance. In this sequence of paintings the blue water of the pool is the surrounding they feel and move perfectly in. There is a contrast between the sparkling,magnificent deep area, which is waiting to be conquerred, and the vulnerability of the children. A single splash resolves the contrast. This happy ,childish world, like the mothers womb, seems a safe empire. We can let ourselves be taken by the experience of flow. We can return to our origin.‘‘
