My name is Guzel Min and I live in Japan. "The entire life cycle of ancient lotus flowers” is the theme of my latest series of works. I believe that viewers will be able to see the depth and simplicity of these ancient plants along with me. The lotus flower is a symbol of life that can wither and be reborn. Through the unique life of the flower, I want to show the viewer a reflection of our everyday lives, so I use various techniques such as oil, mixed media, and relief. I have been a member of the Pacific Union of Artists since 2019. I work in my art studio where I create my art work every day.
