Hello there! I'm Wardah Halim, the artist behind HennaTrendz. I was born and raised in the metropolitan city of Karachi, Pakistan and moved to San Diego, California USA in 2005. I am a henna artist by profession and have been working with watercolors daily since April 2020. When lockdown happened and I started painting for inner peace, I realized that I was gravitating towards landscapes that gave a serene and tranquil vibe. The connection I feel to our beautiful Earth is what I try to instill in all my paintings. I love to paint fast and loose landscapes the Ron Ranson style using a large Japanese hake brush.
