Patrick Jude Clafferty, born in Leicester, England and moved to Dublin Ireland with his family at the age of 13. A keen painter and illustrator from an early age, Patrick began a career in Music and has been a singer-songwriter on 4 albums and toured the UK and Europe. Patrick has re-established his love of Art, and in 2016 replaced the plectrum for the paintbrush with vigor. Patrick now uses linen and handmade organic methods interested in exploration and learning Patrick quotes: "My studio has gone through a huge renovation during the past two years. It has a river running behind it which adds to the tranquility I like when I'm working. That and of course great music. When I lose myself to the point that the shapes, the strokes and the colors plus all the deliberate marks and splashes come from seemingly nothing...
